We have authored point naming standards and led the architectural development for one of the largest BACnet networks in the world. As Principal and Founder of bluEvolution, he has led multimillion-dollar BAS modernization and energy technology projects for federal agencies, local governments, and educational institutions. Adam helps building owners maximize the long-term value of their assets by aligning operational goals with scalable, vendor-neutral solutions. His expertise spans advanced building technologies, ESPCs, Connected Communities initiatives, OT cybersecurity, and lifecycle planning—transforming facilities into resilient, intelligent infrastructure while consistently delivering high-impact results and lasting partnerships.

Michael Grush

Principal and Master Systems Integrator
Mike Grush is a Principal at bluEvolution and a nationally recognized expert in Master Systems Integration with more than two decades of experience in building automation and control systems. He has led BAS modernization and smart building projects for federal agencies, local governments, universities, and commercial clients, developing standards, integration frameworks, and technology roadmaps that have become models for the industry. Mike’s deep technical expertise with leading industry brands like Tridium, Siemens, and Delta, as well as expert working knowledge of core open protocols like BACnet and Modbus, gives him unparalleled insight into both legacy and next-generation systems. At bluEvolution, he applies this breadth of knowledge to help owners achieve seamless system integration, unlock new efficiencies, and future-proof their building technology investments.
